Purity Beauty's Cancellation Policy

We do understand that sometimes appointments need to be rearranged but we do require:

• A minimum of 24hrs notice WITHIN OUR SALON OPENING TIMES, for all our Beauty Services
   
• A minimum of 48hours notice on any of our advanced aesthetic/3D Lipo SERVICES to:
  • cancel
  • re schedule
  • to change the amount of time that has been allocated if you need to shorten your appointment

Unfortunately, if you miss an appointment or fail to give the 24hrs / 48hrs notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your treatment price. This fee will have to be paid prior to any further bookings that can be made.

Any deposit that has been paid to secure your booking / gift voucher being used, will be non refundable.

Sadly over the last few years, we have had to maintain this policy, as do so many other reputable salons in our area.

Vast amounts of no shows or last minute cancellations has a huge impact on independent businesses.
